Can you provide a dimensional inspection report?

Yes, reports are available to suit your project requirements. Include your 2D drawings with your quote request and identify critical dimensions, tolerances and reporting needs. We will confirm the inspection scope and report format before you order.

What quality requirements should I include in my quote request?

Please provide your 3D models, 2D drawings, material specifications, quantities and surface finish requirements. Include any mating dimensions, critical tolerances, appearance acceptance criteria or required report formats so our engineers can review them.

Can we arrange an NDA before I share my drawings?

Yes. Contact our team to discuss an NDA before sharing your drawings. Please let us know about any specific requirements for confidentiality or the permitted use of your design information.

How are parts protected during shipping?

We use protective materials such as wrapping paper, EPE foam, cushioning foam and cardboard boxes or wooden crates. The packaging method is confirmed based on the parts and shipping requirements.
